Abstract

The article is devoted to defining the methodology of research of the administrative and legal mechanism of bullying prevention by identifying and considering those methods that will directly reveal qualitatively and effectively: firstly, the legal category of «bullying» as a fundamentally new phenomenon of modern administrative doctrine; secondly, the administrative and legal mechanism for preventing this socially negative phenomenon. It was found that a comprehensive study of the methodology of legal knowledge of the administrative and legal mechanism of bullying prevention requires the use of not one, but a number of philosophical, general scientific, special scientific and special legal methods.

The article proposes an author's system of methods that should be used in the implementation of legal knowledge of the administrative and legal mechanism to prevent bullying. In particular, the author emphasizes that the dialectical method, methods of analysis, synthesis, induction and deduction, system-structural, functional, axiomatic, historical, statistical, psychological, concrete-sociological, formal-legal, comparative-legal, legal-hermeneutic methods and the method of theoretical and legal forecasting should be used.
