The article studies the problems of legal protection of recreational natural territories of Ukraine and the Baltic States in a comparative aspect. On the example of legislative acts, the general elements and differences in the recreational legislation of these regions were explored, it was concluded that the legal protection of recreational natural areas in Ukraine and the Baltic States, in principle, does not differ, but in separate elements this difference can be tracedReferences
