Author Guidelines

Algorithm for submitting and reviewing materials:

• sending the material by the author to the editorial office;
• notification of the author about acceptance for consideration;
• initial review of the manuscript text;
• notification of the author about the results of the initial review;
• secondary review of the manuscript text;
• notification of the author about the results of the secondary review;
• notification from the author about the acceptance of the article for publication and providing details for payment for the publication.

All communication with authors is carried out in written form via the journal's email.

Each issue cannot contain more than one article by one author.

Only articles prepared in accordance with the requirements of the sections "Requirements for the text of the publication" and "Submission", which did not receive comments and objections at the stage of the initial review of the editorial board, are allowed for review. Articles prepared in violation of the rules will not be accepted for consideration.

In case of any comments at the stage of initial review, the article is rejected or returned to the author for revision and improvement with a specified deadline for the completion of the relevant work. At this stage, the text is also checked for plagiarism and the use of AI technologies. The final decision on whether to revise the previously submitted manuscript or refuse to make the recommended edits and thus remove the manuscript from further consideration is made by the author (co-authors) of the article.

Secondary review of the submitted text of the publication includes a "blind" review of the test, based on the results of which the editorial board makes a decision on acceptance, rejection, or the possibility of finalizing the manuscript by the author (co-authors) within a specified period of time.

Submitted materials must meet the following requirements:

• the article has not been previously published (in any language) separately or as part of another work, nor is it currently under review in another journal, conference proceedings, collective monograph, etc.;
• the text meets the requirements for structure and design (subsection "Requirements for the text of the publication");
• the reference to each source of information used (in particular for tables and figures ) is correctly provided;
• in-text citations are allowed only in the event of loss of the original source, which must be separately stated in the work;
• the list of sources should not contain any Russian-language literature.

The main possible reasons for rejection of the submitted article text:

• the text of the manuscript violates the principles of academic integrity;
• the article does not contain scientific novelty;
• the article as a scientific study is incomplete or incorrectly structured;
• the article does not sufficiently convincingly describe the research part, from which it is not fully clear what methodology the author proposes;
• the article contains conclusions that are not supported by facts and arguments, or that contradict the current legislation of Ukraine; violates standards of ethics and morality;
• the presentation of the material does not correspond to the scientific style of speech;
• the materials of the article involve the use of Russian-language sources and literature.

To editorial staff on electronic address zbirnykapp@wunu.edu.ua are served:

• electronic version articles;
• certified review doctor or candidate sciences relevant profile (for authors who do not have a scientific degree);
• reference about author on separate page (name, name, paternal fully, organization, position, address, academic degree, academic title, contact phone numbers, postal address (Nova Poshta) for sending the author's copy of the journal, email address);
• scanned receipt for payment for publication (sent only after notifying the editorial office about the acceptance of the article for publication in a specific issue).

Authors receive author copies of the journal at PDF format to the specified email address. On postal addresses, which they note in references about author, the editorial office sends a printed copy (at the expense of the payment made by the author for the publication).

To avoid the threat of mass bot registration, creating an author profile for the purpose of independently submitting an article for peer review through the Open Journal Systems electronic communication platform is carried out by contacting the journal's email address: zbirnykapp@wunu.edu.ua
