The target readership of the journal – scientists and practitioners, teachers, graduate students, master's students, and undergraduates.
The purpose of the scientific publication is to publish scientific developments on topical general theoretical and fields legal issues, proposals for legislation, analysis of law enforcement practice, research on the practice of the European Court of Human Rights and national courts, studying foreign experience in legal reform, understanding and ways to solve scientific and practical problems of international law and its implementation in the legal system of Ukraine, and experience of its integration into the legal system of the European Union.
The journal's objectives:
- to promote the dissemination of scientific information and scientific and practical experience in the field of jurisprudence;
- to provide a platform for public communication between scientists and legal practitioners conducting research in various fields of legal science;
- to present the results of dissertation research to the scientific community;
- to publish scientifically based proposals for reforming the legal system of Ukraine, improving legislation, and developing the institutional system of state administration and local self-government;
- to provide opportunities for young scientists to master the methodology of preparing and publishing scientific articles;
- to introduce new scientific sources and materials into scientific circulation.
