The objective side of criminal manifestations of sabotage: comparative and legal analysis

The necessary condition to save the sovereignty of Ukraine is to resist of external and internal threats which our country has. The 20-century marked as new methods of resist between countries. These methods are: sabotage as e method of decrease of effective work some companies, institutions and organizations. They have straight and mediation relationship to sphere of defense and national security. Ukraine got its independence not so long. So, our experience in countering threats, we have talked about, is not so deep. Based on comparative legal analysis the objective side of criminal manifestations, we can make some conclusions that the word “sabotage” firstly appeared in the literature at the beginning of the XIX century. This word was used at the end of the First World War. Sabotage as a method which resists between countries firstly used during the First World War. Then this word was used during the Second World War and “Cold” War. To elements of objective side of criminal "Sabotage" (the authors think that such article needs to include a special part of the criminal code of Ukraine). belong to all actions aimed at causing harm, disorganization of enterprises, institutions and organizations which work in sphere of military-industrial complex of Ukraine.References
