Legal status of limited liability companies under the legislation of Ukraine

The article is devoted to the analysis of innovations of the normative-legal base, which regulates the activity of limited liability companies. Emphasis is placed on those innovations that are due to the adoption of the Law of Ukraine «On Limited and Additional Liability Companies". An analysis of current legislation on the legal status of limited liability companies. Issues related to changes in the activities of limited liability companies in connection with the adoption of the new law are considered. Proposals for improving the theoretical foundations of this problem have been formed.
