The article is devoted to the study of the violation of the subjective corporate rights of a person as a basis for the protection of the violated right.
In this article, the author attempts to reveal the meaning of the concept of «violation» of corporate rights, to determine its characteristic features, and the features of effective protection of the violated corporate rights of a person.
The author elaborated the existing scientific characteristics of the specified concept and its features. Also, an analysis of judicial practice was carried out on the specifics of the violation of the corporate rights of a person and their protection.
As a result of the study, a number of characteristic features were formed, which are inherent in the violation of the corporate rights of a person. And the specific requirements for methods of protection of violated corporate rights, which take place in court practice, have been analyzed.
