Modern legal instruments regarding registration and dissolution of marriage in Ukraine

The chosen topic of the study is extremely relevant for our time, considering such innovations in the procedures related to marriage issues, such as «Marriage in a day», conclusion and dissolution of marriage with the help of the mobile application "Diya».
In today’s world, where more and more people use digital technologies in their daily lives, there is a need not only to introduce more and more modern tools that regulate a considerable number of relationships, but also to clarify the current procedure for registration and dissolution of marriage. Traditional tools, such as a personal application to the state registry of civil status, in contrast, are less convenient, accessible and fast for today's youth, because there is a need for speed, mobility and comfort.
The above-mentioned legal aspects can and should be considered in combination, both from a civil and administrative point of view. We tried to highlight this «combo» in the study.
