Prospects for the development of forensic economic expertise in Ukraine in the context of state regulation of the economy

The article identifies the prospects for the development of forensic economic expertise in the context of state regulation of the economy by improving economic relations, namely property relations.
It is emphasized that forensic economic expertise, due to its independence and objectivity, is one of the effective state institutions for controlling the financial and economic activities of business entities.
The interaction of property relations and economic relations, which can form the level of legal discipline in the economic environment, is analyzed, causing a certain level of economic violations, which affects the effectiveness of the judicial and legal system and the development of forensic economic expertise as its component element, is identified.
Problematic aspects of the development of forensic economic expertise are identified, which relate to the development and consolidation in the regulatory and legal field of theoretical provisions of expertise: its essence, subject, tasks, goals, which are currently absent. This also includes the lack of a single criterion for classifying this type of forensic expertise, as well as the need to develop unified approaches to the application of forensic economic expertise in various types of legal proceedings (criminal, economic, civil, administrative).
It is indicated that economic relations are a form of exercising property rights, the violation of which, its economic side, is the subject of research by expert economists on behalf of judicial and investigative bodies. The relationship between the stability of the economic environment, compliance with legal discipline on the one hand, and the effectiveness of the functioning of the judicial and legal system and the development of forensic expertise in the field of economics on the other hand, has been established.
It is substantiated that the most effective and promising direction for the development of forensic economic expertise is balanced state regulation of the economy by improving property relations in the process of implementing economic relations, which will ensure the effectiveness of the functioning of the judicial and legal system and the effectiveness of the development of forensic economic expertise.
