A number of relevant author's conclusions are made regarding some features of using criminal analysis in police activities under martial law (using the example of Ukraine). Despite the positive results, criminal analysis in the activities of the Ukrainian police faces a number of problems, which are outlined by the author. Since, at the current stage, the development of criminal analysis in Ukraine is of strategic importance for building an effective national security system, the author proposes a number of promising measures. It has been proven that criminal analysis under martial law is a critical component of the effective activities of the National Police of Ukraine, and its application contributes to increasing the efficiency, accuracy, and strategic flexibility of law enforcement agencies. It is substantiated that, despite existing problems – personnel, technical, and organizational – criminal analysis in Ukraine demonstrates dynamic development, and its further improvement should be based on the integration of modern IT technologies, the expansion of analytical training of personnel, and the development of national standards for analytical activities in the Ministry of Internal Affairs system.

In the course of the study, a combination of methods was employed – analysis of legal and regulatory acts, the comparative legal method, as well as methods of systemic and criminological analysis – which made it possible to comprehensively examine the peculiarities of applying criminal analysis in police activities under martial law conditions.
