The conceptof insignificance act to determine its characteristics, relationships and concepts insignificance decriminalization of illegal acts, legislative acts and definition insignificance analysis and description of the investigative and litigation concerning the application of ch. 2, Art. 11 Criminal Code of Ukraine. Theoretical and practical problems associated with the use of the rules of insignificance and solutions, the views of scientists and reasonably disputed some statements about the research topic. Made author’s opinion on the need to amend the existing legislation.References
