Some significant peculiarities of interaction national agency of Ukraine from the questions of detection, development and management of the actives, received from corruption and other crimes against public authorities

In the article explores some legal aspects of the interaction of ARMA with other public authorities. The interaction of ARMA with public authorities is a legal regulation of the joint activity of public authorities, agreed by the means, forms, methods and terms aimed at achieving the goals of public administration of criminal assets management. Effective public asset management requires access to registries and databases administered by other authorities. That is why interactions are transformed into unilateral information extraction. There are considerable political and legal difficulties. For example, since the beginning of the establishment of the ARMA to date, no common procedure for ARMA accessing to the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations, held by the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine. The process of interaction and joint activity of the ARMA is followed not only during all procedures of detection, search, arrest, asset management, but in all govern vertical system.
The dynamics of the emergence of new regulations on the interaction of the ARMA with state, municipal, self-governing and private institutions indicates the needs to expand and standardize joint activities in the field of public asset management. However, in some issues there is a discussion and inconsistency of certain provisions of the ARMA Law and other norms, which necessity going to legislative activity.
The general classification of types of interagency interaction of ARMA can be made by next criterial: 1) by the subject and content of the interaction; 2) the functions of criminal assets management. The phenomenon of "back communication" with law enforcement agencies takes place when ARMA ensuring international cooperation at the initiative of a foreign partner. In the case of a foreign request, the ARMA requests the necessary information from law enforcement agencies citing a foreign request as a basis.
