Publicity and opening of legal proceedings in the system of administrative judicial principles

The essence of the principles of the administrative process, as well as guarantees of ensuring its transparency and openness are investigated. The attention is paid to the administrative - legal aspect of publicity and openness of the judicial process, in particular concerning the issues of normative support of this principle, guarantees of its support; signs of the principle of openness and openness are highlighted. The European system of values and standards of human rights protection is considered. It is emphasized the need to pay attention to the compliance of Ukrainian legislation with European norms and standards, which is manifested through the law enforcement practice, the development of modern methods of interpretation of legal acts, the application of the principles of EU law in Ukrainian courts.
