State anti-corruption policy: administrative and legal aspect

The article examines the administrative and legal aspects of the functioning of the system of implementation of anti-corruption policy of the state. The article is devoted to the basic problems of implementation of anti-corruption policy in Ukraine. In the article the institutional reform of the authorities of public administration which are engaged in the implementation of anti-corruption policy were analyzed. The role of new anti-corruption bodies and NGOs’ impact on increasing efficiency of public administration in dealing with combating and preventing corruption were studied out. The conditions for successful implementation of anti-corruption policy in Ukraine were determined.
Theoretical and legal characteristics of legal relations in Ukraine are given, their main features are distinguished. The study elaborated ways and concrete measures for implementation and improvement of the state anti-corruption policy. The key problems and mistakes of the state's anti-corruption policy are identified.
