Legal basic of the local Government activities in the safe directionship

In the article, the author researched the legal basis for assessment of the activities of local self-government bodies in providing security, public order support, landscaping, emergency response and other functions. The author defined the following terms:««assessment model of the local self-government bodies activities in the security sphere», «assessment object of the local self-government bodies activities in the security sphere». In the article, the author criticized the provisions of the current legislation and proposed changes that substantially improve the ability to assess the performance of security on the municipal security.References
