Analyses the questions of determination the place of legal persons of public law, as subjects of civil legal relations under the legislation of Ukraine. Focused attention is paid to the study of the subjective composition of civil relations and the characteristics that characterize the participants in the specified legal relationship. It is argued that there is an urgent need to finalize the current legislation in the field of determining the legal status of public legal entitiesReferences
