Directions of improvement of national legislation

The article deals with the main directions of improvement of the domestic legislation. It is noted that the main criterion for the unification of administrative legal norms and their distribution by structural parts is the subject of legal regulation. Accordingly, the system in place provides for the separation of legal institutions, which are combined into general, peculiar and special parts of administrative law.
The scientific views on the internal structuring of administrative law as a branch of law have been determined through the formation of components of a general, peculiar and special parts. Emphasis has been placed on the priority of systematization in the structuring of legislation. It has been stated that the work should be carried out in two directions: external and internal structuring of legislation. The external structuring of legislation is to bring about the logical construction of branches of law and the harmonization of national legislation with international law.
